Having a “Birth Plan” has been dragged through the mud in social media in recent years. Nurses post their patients plans and laugh at the expense of the client experience. This is not ok. You are allowed to have goals and desires around your birth. We want you to plan for your birth.

We want you to understand the process and the decisions. We want you to feel in control, and powerful. We want you to have a true grasp on your WHY for all of the things you want in your birth. We do not want you to be people pleasing and left to just “Go with the Flow”
